Dear members of FIABCI-SUISSE
Dear partner

The year 2025 is off to a good start for the real estate sector and the Swiss market remains dynamic with constant development. Many changes are already affecting us on a global level, which is why we must adapt to these new challenges together in order to maintain the stability of our economic model.
 
At FIABCI-SUISSE, we do everything we can to ensure the satisfaction of our members. In order to move with the times together, we would like to further modernize our association. At our next General Assembly (GA) on June 6 in Bern, important decisions will be on the agenda. We need additional resources to implement the new strategies and are inviting new people to join our Board. Please do not hesitate to contact us before the AGM to apply. We would be delighted to welcome you and are counting on your commitment.

 
As always, our activities continue to unfold on a national and international level. In this context, we met in Seewen in the canton of Schwyz at the Strüby company to celebrate 75 years of visionary and sustainable activity together.

We look forward to seeing you again soon at our AGM on June 6 in Bern.

Kick-off event on 07.02.2025 in Freiburg
FIABCI-SUISSE started the year with the traditional Kick-off 2025, which brought many of you together in Fribourg this time. The event was crowned by the visit of the World President of FIABCI International, Ramón Riera (2024 - 2025).

Mr. Alrick Amann from Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung (FPRE) gave us an outlook on the real estate market in Switzerland in 2025. This year we met in an art gallery, a space that reflects creativity, dialog and inspiration. Ms. Teresa Astorina, real estate entrepreneur and business developer, welcomed us in her home in her new "Art Gallery". Thank you very much !

75th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress taking place from June 09-13.06.2025 in Lagos, Nigeria
This year's congress in Lagos, Nigeria, will feature a high-calibre program of expert presentations attended by government representatives, international opinion leaders, leading real estate professionals and renowned academics.
