We hope that you all had a wonderful summer.
Following our General Assembly on June 6 in Bern, our association continues to develop positively with the appointment of Pete Dwojak as Vice President and the addition of Daniel Stoller to the FIABCI-SUISSE Board. The renewal of the chapter, the recruitment of new members, innovation and the further development of our strategic partnerships are on the agenda.Â
At international level, we welcome the arrival of the new World President, Antonio Campagnoli. Antonio's presidency will focus on FIABCI's key strength: combining a global reach with a strong local presence. His goal is to make the association an effective platform that enables professionals, companies and institutions to network, develop and play a leading role in different markets.
One of his first initiatives is the international trade mission of the FIABCI - RE KEY: Italy 2025, which takes place in Rome from September 10-12. This mission brings together the world's leading real estate companies for meetings, B2B networking sessions and site visits, creating direct opportunities for cross-border cooperation.
As always, we continue our efforts to strengthen FIABCI Switzerland and thank you for your loyal contribution. We look forward to seeing you soon at the next Case Story again, the will take place in Zurich on October 28, 2025.

FIABCI International Trade Mission from 10 to 12.09.2025 in Rome, Italy

The next FIABCI trade mission from September 10-12 in Rome offers a great program and takes place "right next door"! This is an excellent opportunity to cultivate a global network in person.

Review of the FIABCI-SUISSE General Assembly on 06.06.2025Â

The General Assembly of June 6, 2025 took place at the Historisches Museum Bern. Two Board members, David Frei, the former Vice President, and Philippe Goumaz, the former Treasurer, are leaving the FIABCI-SUISSE Board with the thanks of all. The new Vice President, Pete Dwojak, was elected by acclamation. Daniel Stoller joins the Board and takes over the role of Treasurer. FIABCI sends its best wishes to the outgoing members and enthusiastically welcomes the new member's new initiatives. Further new appointments are expected this year. The minutes of the General Assembly will be sent to all members shortly and working groups will be set up.
Dr. Flourentzos FLOURENTZOU, Dr. ès Sciences EPFL, Deputy Director and founding member of Estia SA, gave a presentation on "What are the economic and environmental costs of a renovation rate of 1%, 2%, 3% to 4% in Switzerland?

Thanks to the joint initiative of FIABCI-SUISSE and FIABCI Italy, members were able to visit the World Expo in Milan on the theme of "Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life".
The bus trip from Lugano made it easy to get to the Expo site. After the visit, in particular to the Swiss pavilion, the lunch organized by the Italian association in the Italian pavilion at the heart of the Expo provided an opportunity to cultivate and deepen relations with the FIABCI Italy delegation. This exchange was always very inspiring and sometimes led to the establishment of new business relationships or the deepening of existing ones, as well as to personal friendships.
