As 2025 draws to a close, we wish you every success and thank you for your commitment.
The year 2026 already promises to be an eventful one for FIABCI-SUISSE, which for 75 years has remained true to its mission of connecting professionals from the real estate industry and strengthening their competitiveness.
On the program:
- January: Our next event is the kick-off on January 21, 2026 in Neuchâtel.
- April: An exceptional business lunch awaits you in Zug on April 30 , 2026. Further information will follow.
- June: Let's represent Switzerland at the 76th World Real Estate Congress in Vienna from June 8 to 12, 2026.
At international level, a Swiss delegation will take part in the Global Summit in Panama at the beginning of December 2025 and later in March 2026 at MIPIM in Cannes.

Review of the case story in Zurich on October 28, 2025

In cooperation with the PURE Group, this event on the topic of "Project development and investment opportunities" brought together around forty participants.
|
|
Mr. Flavio Lauener (CEO) and his team of real estate experts presented the following:
- The activities of the PURE funds (recently listed on the Swiss stock exchange)
- Your strategy for real estate investments and sustainable development
- The concept of "Club Deals" and business opportunities.
The theory was concretized by a tour of a recently acquired mixed-use building in Seefeld, which exemplified their visionary approach to acquiring and developing projects.

Review of the General Assembly of USPI-SUISSE on november 10, 2025
|
|
USPI Suisse, the association of real estate professionals in French-speaking Switzerland, held its 82nd General Assembly in Paudex (VD) on november 10, 2025.
On this occasion, the President of FIABCI-SUISSE, Vitali Bekker, presented the activities of our international association and highlighted our strategic partnership with the USPI. Our two organizations pursue the same goals: to represent the interests of real estate professionals, particularly in the areas of legislation, taxation and finance.
The event was also characterized by:
- A lecture by Professor Hans Björn Püttgen on the challenges of decarbonization in the real estate sector.
- The re-election of Philippe Nantermod as President of USPI Suisse.
USPI is known for its expertise and remains a preferred contact for the federal authorities in real estate matters.

The REI delegation was received by FIABCI and the 2000-Watt Smart Cities Association in Zurich on October 14, 2025Â
|
|

A delegation from Real Estate Indonesia (REI), representing several regions, was warmly welcomed to Switzerland by FIABCI-SUISSE and the 2000-Watt Smart Cities Association on October 14, 2025.
At this meeting in Zurich, Thomas H. Henle, representing both organizations, presented the global charter of real estate professionals "Creating Better Living". This charter, which was developed together with renowned partners such as UN-Habitat and the IAE Paris-Sorbonne, sets the standards for a sustainable global real estate industry.
This visit underlines REI's international commitment and the development of concrete collaborations in the real estate sector. Thank you, Thomas, for this wonderful representation of Switzerland!
