Case Story 2025 in Zurich 28.10.2025

The case study on October 28, 2025 was entitled "Project developments and investment opportunities".

It took place in Zurich-Seefeld in collaboration with the PURE Group and brought together around 40 participants.

Flavio Lauener, CEO of PURE, together with his colleagues Michael Kirschner and Adrian Berger, presented the activities of the PURE Funds and explained "Club Deals" and their real estate investment strategy.

The presentation was followed by a tour of a recently acquired residential and mixed-use building at Seefeldstrasse 61 in Zurich. Two refurbishment and development projects by PURE Funds were presented and served as excellent examples of visionary investment projects.

PRESENTATION OF THE TWO EXAMPLES

Existing building in Zurich-Seefeld with a construction project and valid permits for a high-quality real estate development. 

Built in 1953, the residential building at Seefeldstrasse 61 / Wiesenstrasse 2+4 comprises 35 apartments and 3 commercial units. The building is being completely renovated and extended by two storeys.


After refurbishment, it will comprise 44 apartments and 3 commercial spaces with a gross floor area of approx. 2,378 m². Planning permission has been granted and demolition work has begun.
Construction is expected to take between 24 and 36 months.


Existing building in Baar: tower project with development plan

For the building at Zugerstrasse 51 in Baar, the PURE Group is examining the rezoning of the district to optimize the building density. The project envisages the construction of a high-rise building on the basis of the planned amendment to the building and land use regulations (BZO) of the municipality of Baar. The study was prepared in accordance with the new plan and the previously submitted project.


The renovation project (standard construction) comprises three tower variants. Two of the variants have significant economic added value, but are associated with significantly higher planning costs.


Credit risk represents the greatest risk, followed by financing risk and market risk.
