On September 22, FIABCI Suisse hosted the 2017 Case Story in Geneva-Lancy, where one of the canton's largest development projects is being built by SBB Real Estate.

Mr. Rogasik, responsible for tenant acquisition at SBBImmobilien and moderator of this morning, did an excellent job of reporting on the project in detail and providing first-hand information. Our FIABCI participants were also able to listen to five further presentations on neighborhood development, the
strategic role of public spaces, etc. The joint lunch on the 8th floor of the SBB tower, which will remain standing for a short time, allowed the visitors to reflect on the project from an almost bird's eye view.
