At the 2018 General Assembly of FIABCI-SUISSE at Palexpo in Geneva, the Board of the Swiss Chapter of FIABCI, the international umbrella organization for the real estate professions, was reappointed. Under Thomas Henle, also newly elected as President of FIABCI-SUISSE, Michele Giambonini, newly elected as Vice President of FIABCI-SUISSE, as well as Board members Jonas Fatio (previously), Dr. Stefan Fahrländer (newly), Nicolas Gerber (previously), Philip Heimann (previously) and Nicolas Michel (previously Vice President) will be committed to the interests of FIABCI-SUISSE. In particular, the election of Dr. Stefan Fahrländer from FPRE Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung, a private, independent consulting and research company based in Zurich, will also expand the content of the Board in the future. Roland Munz (previously) will now act as treasurer for FIABCISUISSE outside of the Board.

The previous Chairman, Ferdinand Kumle, and the previous Board member Thomas Maiburg stepped down at this year's Annual General Meeting.

In addition to the ordinary part of the meeting, the numerous members and guests of the association also had the opportunity to find out more about the CPI, the "City Prosperity Index". Our sponsors, such as SwissCaution SA and Homegate, were also represented and informed us bilaterally about their news in the subsequent part of the meeting. There was also a preview of upcoming events. As a crowning finale, the participants of this year's FIABCI-SUISSE General Assembly were able to enjoy a tour of the premises of the United Nations, where a guide drew their attention to the special features of the UN. All in all, it can be said that the AGM was a successful event.
