The global real estate association FIABCI and the Swiss association 2000-Watt Smart Cities (2000WSCA) celebrated the release of the video "Living Experience of Sustainability" at this year's international real estate trade fair MIPIM in Cannes/France. The almost five-minute film shows the Greencity in Zurich, which serves as a model for a large number of other sustainable and sustainable real estate projects.

Last week, FIABCI-Suisse and the 2000 Watt Smart Cities Association signed the joint cooperation agreement. In attendance were Thomas H. Henle (President) and Michele Giambonini (Vice-President) from the International Association of Real Estate Professions as well as Andreas Binkert (President) and Conrad Wagner from the Swiss Smart City Association, which is now promoting the 2000 Watt Smart City label internationally with the help of FIABCI.

This year, the FIABCI-SUISSE lunch meeting originally planned in Bern could unfortunately only be held as an online event.
