We attended the IMMO24 trade fair in Zurich in large numbers. Everyone is enthusiastic about this partnership and the continued success of this unmissable event.
On March 6 and 7, we will be present at the 5th RENT SWISS 2024 trade fair and are very proud of this wonderful collaboration.
Our Case Story 2024 will take place on Friday, April 26 in Zurich, Oerlikon. So reserve this date to visit various 2000-watt districts with us.
At the end of May, a Swiss delegation will travel to the city-state of Singapore to attend the 74th FIABCI World Congress. This is an excellent opportunity to meet FIABCI members from all over the world and lay the foundations for good business at an international level.

CASE STORY - April 26, 2024 in Zurich
This year we will be visiting various 2000-watt projects in Zurich and will be sending you the detailed program shortly. As usual, this visit will be accompanied by lunch and a pleasant networking moment with a presentation of the Hunziker Areal "mehr als wohnen" and the Glattpark. Come along to this event on Friday, April 26, from 10.00 a.m. in Oerlikon. An invitation with the program will be sent to you soon.
The Hunziker Areal impresses with its new forms of housing and its range of leisure facilities. It fits in with the vision of the 2000-watt society. At the Hunziker Areal in Zurich (also known as "mehr als wohnen"), 450 apartments, stores, restaurants, studios, workplaces, a crèche and a guest house have been built on a former industrial site with urban density. The construction project was developed as part of a dialog phase between the architects and the "mehr als wohnen" cooperative. The focus is on the interplay between privacy and a diverse range of communal facilities. This is also reflected on a structural level through the interlocking of communal and private spaces, e.g. in the form of residential groups. The size of the project 41,000 m2 total area, 7000 m2 communal area.
5th RENT SWISS 2024 Real estate innovation fair

MIPIM 2024 - Cannes, France
From March 12 to 15, we will continue our activities in a summery setting on the French Riviera at MIPIM24 in Cannes. The fair will open with a FIABCI Gala Dinner at the Majestic Hotel in Cannes on Monday, March 11 from 7pm to 11pm with over 200 participants. You can register directly via the FIABCI App. This is another opportunity to share our "Swiss made" know-how with our international colleagues.
Do not hesitate to participate in the largest international real estate fair, where FIABCI has its stand and organizes a nice program.
74th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress in Singapore
From 27 to 31 May 2024, FIABCI-Singapore has the honor to host the 74th FIABCI World Automotive Congress in Singapore. Impressions of the 2024 kick-off
This event once again offered the opportunity to find out about current developments thanks to a presentation on the status and prospects of the real estate market in Switzerland in 2024 by Mr. Yves Cachemaille, MRICS, Director Western Switzerland of the "Valuation & Advisory" department at CBRE Switzerland in Lausanne.
ENSAT architect Luc Trottier, managing partner of Lutz Architectes in Freiburg, presented solutions for refurbishments, modernizations and renovations that make existing buildings more sustainable and energy efficient. This expertise will make it possible to achieve the goals of reducing CO2 emissions and complying with the new mandatory energy standards. IMMO 24 - The Swiss Property Fair
IMMO24 is the largest conference for real estate investors in Switzerland. The 12th edition brought together a record number of 4300 participants, including key decision makers from the real estate and construction industry as well as future leaders and innovators from the prop-tech sector.
