We are delighted to invite you to the FIABCI-SUISSE Anniversary General Assembly. For 75 years, FIABCI-SUISSE has been dedicated to fostering exchange, networking, sharing expertise, and advancing the real estate industry. This long-standing commitment would not be possible without the loyalty and active participation of our members—for which we extend our heartfelt thanks.

The upcoming General Assembly is of particular importance: In addition to key elections—including the presidency, vice presidency, and new board members—there will be important votes on the agenda.

Among other things, the Board recommends adjusting the regular membership fees to CHF 600 per year, effective January 1, 2027. Your participation and your vote are therefore particularly important to us.

Following the meeting, we look forward to an insightful presentation by Reto Brüesch, Executive Director of the Society for Affordable Housing. He will explain how affordable housing can be developed in an economically viable manner and operated successfully over the long term.
