We toast the new year together.

This event, which will be attended by leading figures from the business world, will give you the opportunity to find out about the current situation and prospects for the Swiss real estate market in 2026 thanks to a presentation by Mr. Alrick Amann, engineer and real estate economist and partner at Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung (FPRE), Zurich. Professor Philippe Thalmann from EPFL will then present his research on urban under-occupancy and explore the question: "Should we change our habits of residential use and consumption?" To kick off the new year in style, a very special guest awaits you: Mr. Aurélien Baron with an outstanding violin concerto.

• 10:45-11:15 a.m.: Lecture by Prof. Dr. Philippe Thalmann, professor at EPFL and doctor of economics: "During the housing shortage: Should we change our housing and consumption habits?"
• 11:15-11:30 a.m.: Q&A session and discussion
• 11:30–11:45 a.m.: Mr. Sergey Ostrovsky, solo violinist, conductor, founder and first violinist of the Aviv String Quartet for 27 seasons, founder and artistic director of the Geneva Symphony Orchestra, professor of violin at the University of Music in Geneva and Neuchâtel
• From 11:45 a.m.: Networking, drinks and lunch
